Terms of Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.

The Service lets you create, upload, and share content, including mindmaps, titles, node text, descriptions, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for how you use the Service, including any content you publish in the community.

If you use the AI Assistant feature, it may generate suggestions, text, and operations. AI Assistant output can be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. You remain fully responsible for any content you create, apply, publish, or rely on, even if it was suggested or generated by AI Assistant.

You must ensure you have the necessary rights to use and share your User Content and that your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights).

If you make a mindmap public, it can be viewed by other users and may be visible in the community gallery. Other users may star or fork public mindmaps.

Do not publish sensitive personal data or confidential information in public mindmaps.

You agree not to:

AI Assistant sends your input and a limited representation of your mindmap state to a third-party LLM provider to generate outputs. Details are described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not submit personal data you do not have the right to share, or sensitive categories of data, unless you have a lawful basis and have informed any affected individuals.

The Service, including its software, UI, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service and other users.

Some features (e.g. deleting mindmaps) are available within the Service. For account-level requests, contact us at contact@deeplyclear.com.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI Assistant outputs will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide an appropriate notice. Continued use after the effective date means you have read and accepted the updated Terms.
